Andy has given me some baby advice. He and the baby need me to start drinking milk. I hate milk. I think it goes back to when my mom would make my sister and I drink it at dinner time (sorry mom). For the longest time I didn't even like to touch the milk carton. I am over that now because of working in the baby room. But that doesn't mean I want to drink it! I told Andy I would try and drink chocolate milk. I think I'll try that this weekend...maybe. The doc said it was fine that I don't drink milk because I eat yogurt and lots of cheese. Andy makes a good point when he said if the baby is anything like him, it'll be important for me to drink milk so our baby will have strong bones. I asked him if it was because of Andy being clumsy or the athletic part. Andy said both! I'll let you know how operation drink milk goes. I am not making any promises!
Speaking of our baby. I think I might have felt the baby move last night. I'm not quite sure, but I have never felt that before. It wasn't gas by the way! Andy read that it is possible to feel the baby move this early and then I also read it too. I'll let you know if it happens again any time soon. Bye for now.

there are other ways to get your calcium than from milk. my doctor always said that the baby would get what it needed regardless of my diet (because of how very very sick I was- puking all the first trimester) and they said that i would be the one depleted, but the baby would get the nutrients it needed before I would get them. so, i'm sure if you're eating cheese, yogurt, etc. that you are fine. of course, i drank about a gallon of milk a day with my kids because i love the stuff. :)
