Saturday Fun

Yesterday my friend Maia called to tell me about Xavier's football state championship game in Lawrence. Unfortunately they lost to the team in the last 4 min. of the game. But soon all was forgotten after an early dinner at McDonald's (I know, not part of my diet) and we were headed off to Kansas City.

We went to the haunted houses there. They are set up in old empty warehouses. I went to two of them and they were so much fun! I screamed and laughed all the way through.

I have always hated haunted houses but I used to be in charge of making one at my previous school for the fall carnival. I know now that it is all fun and not scary.

Anyway, back on my diet and the gym tomorrow, PROMISE!
