Dinner and Dessert

If anyone is keeping track, I've made dinner two nights in a row =). Yes, I know last night was only Kraft mac-n-cheese and hot dogs and tonight was only grilled cheese, but I still made dinner. Tonight I also made dessert. I made the pie that I referred to yesterday. Along time ago my family got the recipe from someone and its something we have at the holidays. But I needed to have it before the holiday. I have yet to actually try a piece out yet, I'm still kind of full from dinner. Here is the recipe if you'd like to try it. I'm too lazy to take pics and post them, but I'll take one with my iPhone and put it on real quick.

1 can of cherry pie filling
1 can of pineapple tidbits
8 oz cream cheese
1 graham cracker pie crust
1/2 cup powder sugar
8 oz whip topping

Take the softened cream cheese and the powder sugar and mix them very well. Then fold in 1 cup of cherries and 1/4 cup of the pineapple and the whip topping. Pile it into the pie crust. Use the left over pineapple and cherry pie filling to decorate the top however your heart desires. Chill and serve.

Andy is nervous about trying it. Don't I always eat his stuff even though I'm nervous about it? Remember the pork chops in mushroom soup? He wants to try a bite of my piece before getting a piece of his own. I see how it is!
